New Timber Manufacturing Company Locates in Hampstead

(Burgaw, NC) – Atlantic Barn & Timber announced today, their plans to locate a manufacturing facility in Hampstead. Atlantic Barn & Timber, an affiliate of New England Timber Works, is a family owned company that builds materials for timber-framed homes. They are national suppliers of exposed timber frames and insulating frames for home construction. Atlantic Barnes and Timber is scheduled to begin operations in January.

According to Scott Satterfield, CEO, Wilmington Industrial Development, Atlantic Barn & Timber will employ 18 people and provide an investment of approximately $2,500,000 for Hampstead and surrounding areas. The company will begin hiring within the next 45 days.
