COLUMBUS, Ohio and JACKSONVILLE, NC (June 7, 2018) – ContactUS Communications, a U.S.-based provider of contact center services, will open its Jacksonville, NC contact center this month. The new center will provide ContactUS’ suite of omni-channel contact center outsourcing solutions, including phone, email, chat and automated self-service, as well as social media management.
